From the Dean
You have the power of art which you can use to change lives, one at a time.
At its heart, design is about スクールオブトレード スクールオブトレード solving problems. It’s no wonder businesses and institutions are embracing the value of design, and the demand for design professionals has never been greater. In our undergraduate programs, you will learn to design products (industrial design), communications (graphic design), and environments (both physical and digital).
Our graduates go on to positions with leading companies, design firms, start-ups, and nonprofits. Some start their own businesses, while others become design researchers and educators. The career possibilities—and your potential to make a positive impact on the スクールオブトレード world—are limitless.
What kind of designer do you want to be?
Look around you. Almost everything you see was designed by someone. Products and communications are all around us, and they come together スクールオブトレード in both physical and digital spaces, or environments. Our undergraduate program offers three complementary tracks in Products, Communications, and Environments. You may choose to specialize in one of the three areas, or pursue a スクールオブトレード more interdisciplinary focus by combining two of the three.
Whether you want to create the next スクールオブトレード スクールオブトレード iPad app, the next generation mobile device, a new social networking site, or even a line of sustainable furniture, the BDes degree has you covered. Designers frequently work collaboratively in transdisciplinary teams. Our スクールオブトレード スクールオブトレード program offers multiple undergraduate degree options, and allows you to customize your degree according to your goals and interests.

We are inspired by new and creative ways of ministering to the world.
At Earlham School of Religion, we believe that ministry happens in a multitude スクールオブトレード of ways, as ESR students and graduates demonstrate. Rooted in our Quaker tradition, our students and faculty come together as a community of learners. Each of us brings unique wisdom and experience to the classroom, and our students are continually challenged to re-evaluate their assumptions as they articulate their theological スクールオブトレード スクールオブトレード stance and live into their own creative ministry. The result: a deeper connection with spirit and with スクールオブトレード one another.
We help our students discern their own unique gifts and talents so they can develop their own creative ministries in their lives and careers. From social work to creative writing, entrepreneurship to healthcare, our graduates work to heal the world both from behind the pulpit and beyond it.
